Just a few things.
We do our best to accurately represent artwork in photos but screens may distort hue and color from original art. When viewing the art on your devices PLEASE turn off the blue light filter to help prevent this.
Life is full of gray areas and extenuating circumstances. Shipping, refund, & return policies may be considered to be bent for those circumstances. We reserve the right to do this on a case by case basis. Please reach out to us if you feel like you may fit that narrative so we can further assist you.
Refunds, Returns, & Exchanges
Refunds (if applicable) may take 5-10 days to show up into your bank account.
Original artwork, prints, and sticker sales are final. We do not refund buyers' remorse. Sales may qualify for cancellation of original paintings that aren't custom or commissions if we’re contacted within 24 to 48 hours.
We do offer a few print on demand products on occasion. These products are currently outsourced. Policies are a little different for print on demand items. If parcel is damaged, miss printed, or defective. Take pictures and try to contact us within 15 days of the estimated delivery date. If it's beyond 21 days of estimated delivery date we can't honor a refund or exchange.

We are not liable for damages to artwork and packages once they are received by the customer. We are not obligated to offer refunds, exchanges, compensation for buyers remorse or damage to artwork or products after delivery. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages.
We are not responsible for paying for shipping of artwork if your parcel was uncollected, the provided address was incorrect, or we weren't properly notified of any issues before 21 days for print on demand items *will be clearly listed on product listing.*
In the event you notice your package for original artwork is damaged. Immediately take pictures of where the parcel was and the damage and contact us immediately so we can rectify the situation. We will walk you through the next steps.
We provide shipping insurance for all artwork and products over $50.00 as a courtesy to our customers.
Shipping is currently only available in the United States.
We normally prefer to ship USPS ground advantage. Sometimes we may have to use other carriers. Estimated shipping time is 5 days after dropped off at the post office. Although we try our best to get orders out quickly as possible. It may take us up to a week to get your order packaged. This doesn't qualify for for P.O.D products. We will email you updates about your order and send you a tracking number!
Locals
Botetourt, Roanoke Valley, and Allegheny Highlands may qualify for drop off/pick up but there are no guarantees. This is offered at my discretion and as my schedule allows. If arrangements can't be made in a timely manner the customer will be responsible for paying for shipping costs.
Artwork and products under local pickup/drop off may be reserved for the customer for 2 weeks until it's listed available for purchase again if the customer doesn't arrange to pay for shipping. Reservation DOES NOT start until artwork is paid for in advance! This offer does not extend to all artwork and may not extend for vendor events. Please contact us here to inquire about local pick up and making payment arrangements.
